The unnamed vehicle is a full-size SUV set to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. It is heavily inspired by the second-generation Ford Explorer.

Overview / Description

This vehicle is an SUV that appears to be a common civilian vehicle in the state of Leonida. Based on observations from the first trailer, it is the third variant of a vehicle inspired by the Ford Explorer that is set to debut in Grand Theft Auto 6.

Design and Appearance

The vehicle's overall design, including its interior, seems to draw heavily from the second-generation Ford Explorer1. It features a classic boxy SUV shape characteristic of the mid-to-late 1990s. As seen in the trailer, its pillars and side profile are a direct match for its real-world counterpart.

Acquisition / Locations

In the Grand Theft Auto 6 First Trailer, the SUV is first seen overturned on a busy Leonida highway during a news report segment. Later in the trailer, at the 1:07 mark, the side of what appears to be the same model of SUV is visible, with its pillars matching those of the overturned vehicle. It is confirmed to be a separate model from the modern police SUVs used by the Leonard County Sheriff's Office in Leonard County.
