Rockstar Games continues to add new content to GTA Online, despite how old the game is. GTA Online recently celebrated multiple Christmas-themed events and content.
Now, Rockstar has added a Gun Van along with a new Railgun that players can purchase from the van.
The Gun Van can spawn in 30 different possible locations. The spawn location is randomly selected every day, upon the server resetting.
Unfortunately, like the other daily resetting collectibles, the Gun Van doesn't initially appear on the map, and you must go through all 30 possible spawn locations to find it. As soon as you get close to the Gun Van's spawn location, it will appear on the map though. A small van icon on the map will indicate it.
It is also worth noting that the location of the Gun Van is the same for all players around the world.
If your friend has found the Gun Van before you, they can inform you of the location, and you can go to the stated location in your own session. The Gun Van can spawn in both public and invite-only sessions.

You can purchase several items at the Gun Van, including weapons, armor, throwables, and even the Railgun. When you approach the van, the back doors will automatically open for you. You can talk to the seller in the back of the van to purchase items.
As mentioned before, there are 30 possible spawn locations, and the van will rotate between all 30 locations daily. The map below shows all 30 possible spawn locations of the Gun Van.
