Market context
Vice City's unofficial browser version is available on Quenq. Will a Rockstar or Take-Two copyright demand cause its removal before the year ends?
Observe events after actual market opening through December 31, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Grade only Quenq's GTA Vice City browser offering identified at https://quenq.com/apps/vice-city/ and https://vc.quenq.com/ , including official Quenq replacement URLs for the same offering. A qualifying event requires both removal or disabling of Quenq's playable offering for at least 24 consecutive hours and public attribution to a Rockstar Games or Take-Two copyright demand. Prove attribution with an official Rockstar/Take-Two statement, public court filing or copyright notice naming this offering, or an explicit statement published by Quenq on its own site or verified official account identifying the demand. A move to a working replacement URL operated by Quenq is not removal. Unrelated ports, the earlier DOS.Zone removal, third-party mirrors, outages, geographic restrictions, performance problems, voluntary closure without a stated demand and rumors do not count. Restoration after a qualifying 24-hour removal does not reverse the event. If no qualifying event occurs by the deadline, the fallback wins, including an unattributed disappearance. Missing research, unavailable evidence or an unresolved qualifying-event claim requires deferred grading, not inferred absence. Later access may establish an event and contemporaneous notice within the window; later first-issued demands do not count. Removed after a copyright demand. Quenq disables its GTA Vice City browser offering for at least 24 hours following a publicly documented Rockstar or Take-Two copyright demand by December 31, 2026. Both the timed removal and qualifying attribution requirements in the resolution rules are met within the observation window. No qualifying removal. In all other cases, no removal meets both requirements by the deadline. Complete evidence review establishes no qualifying removal and copyright-demand attribution by the fixed deadline. Deferred research is not a winning outcome.
