The 25 Snowmen return during GTA Online's Christmas events at fixed locations across Los Santos and Blaine County. Listen for sleigh bells near each one, then destroy it to add it to your collectibles count. Rockstar confirms that destroying all 25 unlocks an extra GTA$125,000 and the Snowman Outfit.1
Our in-game checks found that each Snowman also awards GTA$5,000 and 1,000 RP.
Destroying all 25 therefore earns GTA$250,000 in total: GTA$125,000 from the individual Snowmen and the GTA$125,000 completion bonus. You also unlock the Snowman Outfit.
