The Snowmen are available only while Rockstar's Christmas event is active.
Find all 25 GTA Online Snowmen locations, with the destruction route, per-Snowman rewards, GTA$125,000 completion bonus and Snowman Outfit unlock.
The 25 Snowmen return during GTA Online's Christmas events at fixed locations across Los Santos and Blaine County. Listen for sleigh bells near each one, then destroy it to add it to your collectibles count. Destroying all 25 unlocks an extra GTA$125,000 and the Snowman Outfit.1
Observed rewards per Snowman were GTA$5,000 and 1,000 RP.
Destroying all 25 therefore earns GTA$250,000 in total: GTA$125,000 from the individual Snowmen and the GTA$125,000 completion bonus. You also unlock the Snowman Outfit.
After destroying your first Snowman, open Interaction Menu > Inventory > Collectibles to check how many of the 25 you have found.
Every Snowman location is shown below. You can collect them in a public, invite-only or solo session, and the video guide covers the same route:
