Overview
You can use the cell phone cheats in GTA 5 to unlock vehicles and weapons, become invincible, lower your wanted level and much more.
To activate the cheats, bring out your phone by pressing UP on the d-pad (on consoles), or "T" or BACKSPACE on PC. Then, go to your contacts list and then press X on Xbox, SQUARE on PlayStation, or SPACEBAR or MIDDLEMOUSEBUTTON on PC. This will bring up the dial pad.
Then enter the phone number that corresponds to the cheat you wish to activate from the list below (or, if you want to use the cheat you last entered, just press * on the dial pad, which is the redial button). Finally, to actually dial the number, press the same button you used to bring up the dial pad (X on Xbox, SQUARE on PlayStation, or SPACEBAR or MIDDLEMOUSEBUTTON on PC). The cheat will be activated.
Just make sure that you save your game progress before using the cheats as activating them will block Achievements. Also, don't bother looking for a money cheat because there isn't one, it would make the game's stock market feature pointless.
