Win if the Kaseya Center rooftop sign reading "Welcome to Vice City" remains installed and publicly visible on December 31, 2027, based on official Kaseya Center/Miami Heat/Rockstar communications or clear public photographic evidence. A materially different replacement sign or removal before that date loses. Gone Before 2028. The rooftop sign is removed, replaced, or no longer visibly installed before December 31, 2027. Win if the sign is not visibly installed at Kaseya Center on December 31, 2027, including removal, replacement, or any official announcement confirming it ended earlier. If no qualifying evidence exists and the sign is still present, this loses.
