The Buzzard is a classic GTA 5 helicopter or chopper. You can use it to either get from A to B (ie fast air transport) or for attacks... in fact it's actually considered a light military attack copter and can be equipped with both machine guns and rockets.
Given it's small size and light weight, the Buzzard is also incredibly manoeuvrable — you should be able to navigate between buildings, power lines and other obstacles with ease. So if you need a chopper, spawn the Buzzard!
