All UFO Sightseeing Locations in GTA Online (Halloween Event 2025)

2025 Update

All the UFO locations remain exactly the same as last year, except for what happens after you get abducted. The only difference this year is the addition of a new reward, the "Grey Space Interloper Outfit", which looks similar to the "Space Interloper Outfit" you get for finding all of Solomon's office props.

If you completed this event last year and received the "Shocker" weapon as a reward by opening the crate, you’ll only get the "Grey Space Interloper Outfit" this time. However, if you didn’t obtain the "Shocker" last year, you’ll receive both items upon opening the crate.

General Event Information

Rockstar Games has added a UFO sighting event as part of the 2025 Halloween update. When you're in a game session you can find UFOs all around Los Santos and Blaine County.

The UFOs will appear in the sky from 10 PM to 4 AM, in-game time, in any type of session (invite-only or public), but after a 5-minute cooldown after starting or joining a new session.

Once you find a UFO, pull out your phone to take a picture of it and send it to Omega for an in-game cash reward and RP. But make sure you don't get too close to the UFO, or else it will disappear. If you're in a vehicle and get close to the UFO, your vehicle's engine will shut off, and the UFO will disappear.

If you've accidentally gotten too close to the UFO before taking a picture, simply load into a new session and wait for 5 minutes to make another UFO spawn.

Each picture you take and send to Omega rewards you with $15,000 and 1,000 RP. There are a total of 25 UFOs that will show up around different parts of Los Santos and Blaine County. There is an additional Stealth UFO that is not part of the 25 and can be captured for additional cash and RP rewards.

Once you''ve taken pictures of all 25 UFOs, you will be rewarded with an additional $100,000 and unlock three different variants of the "Believe Cap," including the base variant.

During the final stage of the event (more on it below), you have a chance of getting abducted by any one of the UFOs. If you get abducted, you unlock two variants of the "UFO Boxer Shorts" and the "???" Special Top.

The Special Top is the same top that was found in the game files a while back and that was believed to be a teaser for GTA 6 once the A1-Z26 Cipher message on the t-shirt was solved.

UFO Event Schedule

Unfortunately, not all the UFOs are present at once, and you must go through an entire month to capture all of them. Below, we have the event calendar accompanied by a map showing the corresponding UFO location. On the calendar, you can see that the first UFO, "1," spawns on October 15, 2024. Simply refer to our UFO location map and look for the number to see where the UFO will spawn.

Go to the location at 10 PM. Once you've spent at least 5 minutes in a session, you will see the UFO. This is a common mistake that a lot of players tend to make: they go to the location immediately after joining the session and get confused as to why the UFO didn't spawn, even after reaching the spawn point between 10 PM and 4 AM.

The red "9" that you see is a stealth UFO that will only spawn on the mentioned day. It is not part of the 25 UFOs you need to capture to get the primary rewards and only rewards you with cash and RP. However, if you still want to get it, you can.

The UFOs marked with an asterisk (*) represent the last chance to get that particular UFO. For example, on October 21, 2024, you can get UFO "7"; however, if you miss that UFO on that day, it will not spawn again, and you won't have another chance to get it. Similarly, you can see that from October 27 to October 29, you have a chance to capture some of the previous UFOs that appeared during the earlier period of the event.

Similarly, you can capture UFOs "13" to "26" from October 31 to November 3, 2024. But November 3 will be your last chance to get it.

The green dot next to the dates represents the days you can get abducted by the UFOs.

Note that this event is a yearly recurring event and only happens in October as part of the Halloween update. If you're not able to get these rewards during the current period, you can always return next year and try to get the rewards.

The overall structure of the event will remain the same, and the dates may vary slightly, but the schedule, in-game spawn times, and the rewards will be the same, with maybe a few changes, but not so much that they may change the entire course of the event.

UFO Sightseeing Locations

The following are all the locations where the UFOs will spawn along with the corresponding dates. Just get close to one of the locations on the specified date and you should see the UFO in the distance. Make sure you've spent at least 5 minutes in a session and the in-game time is between 10 PM and 4 AM.

Stealth UFO Location

The Stealth UFO will spawn on the same day as UFO 9 on October 23, 2024. It will spawn at the same location as UFO 8.

Abduction

During the days when you can get abducted, if you walk into a UFO's light beam, there is a chance for you to get abducted and sucked into the UFO. There is a 50% chance of either waking up in a random place without your clothes on or inside the bunker under Fort Zancudo. This has been bumped up from a 25% chance last year (2023).

If you wake up inside the bunker, you can actually get off of the operating table and move around. There are several easter eggs inside as well that will help you escape the bunker.

The first thing that you must do when you wake up is to grab the crowbar from the table inside the operating room and use it on the big wooden crate in the third room to unlock "The Shocker" melee weapon. The third room is a room with a bunch of dark green military crates inside. The room has a "four circles" symbol.

Note that if you've already found "The Shocker" before, looting the crate again will reward you with $25,000 and 1,000 RP. And if you've got $2,000 from the crate, then that means you're looting the crate within 60 minutes of last finding money from another UFO. The 60 minutes (in real life time) must pass before you can earn $25,000 and 1,000 RP.

When you leave the operating room, you will find the second room to your right will have a "DNA Strand" logo.

And the third room with the military crates will be to your left. This is the only room that is accessible. The rest of the rooms are locked, and you can only see inside through their large windows.

The fourth room is further down the corridor to your right. It will have the "Star Burst" logo, and the room will contain the Oppressor Mark II, Jetpack blueprint, and some laptops.

At the end of the corridor, you will find some levers with the room symbols above them. To exit the bunker, you must pull the levers in a certain order. If you pull the levers in the wrong order three times, it will trigger a security alarm and the corridor will be filled with a gas that will knock you out.

After that, you will wake up, once again without clothes, but in another random location.

Correct Combination

The correct combination is always randomly generated and can be obtained by observing the repeating symbols within the four rooms inside the bunker.

For the operating room, you must count the number of televisions with the room's symbol. For example, if three televisions are turned on, displaying the room's symbol, that is your symbol order number. The operating room's logo is a globe.

For the second room with the military crates, check how many crates have the "four circle" logo on them. For example, two crates can have that room symbol, meaning the lever corresponding to this room's symbol will come second in order.

For the third room (the "DNA Strand" logo room) across from the military crate room, you cannot enter the room. However, check from the window and see how many weapons are on the table and have the room's symbol on them. If only one weapon is there, then the lever with the "DNA Strand" logo will be pulled first in order.

Finally, the fourth room with the "Star Burst" logo will have several laptops. Check how many laptops are on the table displaying the room's logo. And even if we don't check, since we have the order for the first three, we can assume the order of this one depending on what we got for the first three.

Once you've acquired the correct combo, pull the levers in that order and exit the bunker by accessing the elevator just past the levers.

Rewards

Here's a summary of all the rewards you will get for taking a photo of all 26 UFOs (25 regular UFOs and 1 Stealth UFO):

• $375,000 and 25,000 RP for photographing 25 UFOs
• $50,000 and 1,000 RP for photographing the Stealth UFO
• 3 variants of "Believe Cap" for capturing photographs of 26 UFOs
• 2 variants of "UFO Boxer Shorts" for getting abducted by the UFO
• "The Shocker" melee weapon looted from the wooden crate inside the bunker after getting abducted by the UFO
• The "???" Tee for getting abducted by the UFO
• $25,000 and 1,000 RP for successfully escaping the bunker
