The following list details the missions and provides a guide on how to complete each one, including tips and tricks to make them easier for solo players.

Up and Running

Up and Running is an introductory mission of the Oscar Guzman Flies Again series. In this mission, you are first tasked to go to the transmission tower and destroy it. You will be given a bike to get to the location fast. However, if you own your own, you can always request it during the mission.

With the release of HSW vehicles on both PC and next-gen consoles, we highly recommend using the Shitzu Hakuchou Drag motorbike if you own one with the HSW upgrades. It will be much faster. You don't necessarily need it, but it is good if you're aiming to complete the entire series of missions in under 60 minutes for the Tier 4 career challenge.

Another tip is that you can go directly to the top of Mount Gordo without following the trail by simply riding your bike up the mountainside.

However, the best part about this mission is that you don't have to go up the mountain at all. Upon starting the mission, you are provided with weapons, including a sniper rifle equipped with explosive rounds.

You can stand near the main road and aim directly at the top of Mount Gordo to destroy the tower using the explosive sniper rifle ammunition.

The reason this saves you time is because, after you've destroyed the tower, you'll need to return to the main road. This is because you'll have to follow a plane and damage it by shooting at it. If you're already by the main road, it will save you a significant amount of time and allow you to immediately get into the action without having to travel back and forth.

Once the plane descends to a low enough altitude following the destruction of the transmission tower, continue shooting at it, and it will drop cargo. Drive over the cargo while shooting at the plane to collect it. You need to collect a total of four cargo packages.

Once you've collected all four cargo packages, deliver them to the buyers and leave the area. You'll then see a cutscene showing the delivered cargo being destroyed. Don't worry, as this is part of the mission.

Setup: Mogul

In this mission, you need to steal a Mogul. There are two Moguls available to steal during this mission. However, as a solo player, stealing both is not efficient in terms of time and effort. It's only best to steal both if you're playing with a friend or teammate. Otherwise, just retrieve one Mogul and fly it back.

You'll receive approximately $50,000 for acquiring all the additional equipment and vehicles across all setup missions, which doesn't justify the time and effort invested.

Once you reach the Mogul's location, eliminate one of the guards near the Mogul when entering the base from the northern side, and then get into the Mogul. You don't need to worry about sneaking around the base and taking out all the enemies, as they will be alerted as soon as you enter the Mogul anyway.

Fly as low as possible once airborne to avoid the Eberhard Jets' homing missiles. Fly to McKenzie Field and remain within the white region indicated on your mini-map. When the enemy jets enter this white region, or come close, Oscar will Destroy them.

Next, you need to eliminate the enemy base operations using the Mogul's bombing feature. To do so, use the on-screen prompt to open the bomb bay doors (hold 'E' on PC, and 'right d-pad' on PS5 and Xbox consoles).

When you approach the base, fly as low as possible and hold the carpet bombing button ('Space' on PC, 'A' on Xbox, and 'X' on PS5) just before you're directly over the base. Note that there's a slight delay before the bombing starts, which is why you should initiate it slightly in advance.

When flying low, be careful of enemy aerial support, as you may crash into them.

Once you've destroyed all five bases, deliver the Mogul to McKenzie Field to complete the mission. Upon reaching the field, access your phone and open the text messages app to confirm the delivery.

This feature is implemented to prevent accidental mission completion if you intend to retrieve the second Mogul. However, if you're playing solo, go ahead and confirm the delivery of the single Mogul.

Setup: Intel

In this mission, you first need to hack four servers using a drone by flying it to the Eberhard base. First, make your way to the drone station and control a drone using one of the four drone consoles inside.

The drone is quite slow, so be sure to utilize its boost feature to speed up the flying process. The drone has a shock charge and a machine gun that you can use on enemy patrolling drones or guards. However, it's best to just avoid them altogether and hack the servers.

The drone is also quite sensitive to its surroundings, so try to avoid obstacles as much as possible, as hitting them will instantly destroy your drone.

To avoid the enemies, simply stay out of the cones of vision of the patrolling guards and enemy drones. To hack the servers, approach each server and aim at it to initiate the hacking process. Wait until the hacking bar at the bottom-right corner is filled, and then proceed to the next server.

This is a relatively simple mission, but follow the route shown in the video guide to complete it as quickly as possible while avoiding enemies.

The first two servers are located in the warehouse when approached from the eastern side. Enter the first warehouse from the pier side and hack the server on the ground floor by the wall.

Once completed, fly to the office on the upper floor, but be cautious of the guard inside. Wait for the guard to turn around and eliminate him using the shock charge. Hack the server inside the office area, exit the warehouse through one of the roof windows, and proceed west to the next warehouse.

The next warehouse, located in the middle, is quite small and only has one guard. Again, enter the warehouse from the pier side after eliminating the guard with the shock charge, and hack the server by the back wall.

Continue moving west, but this time enter the next warehouse from the northern side. Here, you need to watch out for two main enemies: the patrolling drone and the guard at the northern end of the warehouse.

This is a large warehouse. First, eliminate the guard at the northern entrance of the warehouse, and then quickly go inside and hack the server on the wall to your left on the ground floor.

If you are slow and see the drone returning towards you, move out of its range of vision and wait for it to turn around before proceeding with the hack.

After hacking the servers, you need to go to the shipwreck to retrieve the cargo. When you reach the lighthouse location, eliminate the enemies there and equip the scuba gear found on the table.

Once equipped, use a dinghy or the water boat to reach the shipwreck region, which is marked by a yellow circle on your mini-map. All of the cargo is located within this yellow region.

Now, it may seem a bit difficult to find the cargo here, but it's not as challenging as you might think. In our experience, the cargo has consistently been in the same location each time, though the location may vary slightly if you're playing on a harder difficulty.

The most effective strategy we've found is to park your dinghy or water boat in the center of the yellow circle and dive underwater.

Once underwater, continue descending until you reach the seabed, and then proceed to the northernmost part of the yellow circle. From there, slowly make your way south.

Keep an eye on your mini-map. When you approach the cargo, it will appear as a green bag icon. Always check large containers, grassy areas, and other debris. If you follow the route shown in our video, you will find all four cargo packages quickly.

Once finished, return to the surface, get back into your vehicle (dinghy or boat), and return to the shore where your personal vehicle is located. Normally, your boat or dinghy may not show up when you're underwater. Don't worry, the vehicle is still there and will start t show up on your mini-map as you get closer to the surface. So, simply swim up to where ever you left your vehicle.

Also, be careful of the sharks. While they don't deal significant damage, they are a time-consuming distraction, especially if you're aiming to complete the Tier 4 challenge of finishing the entire mission series in under 60 minutes.

Once you're back on the shore, get into your personal vehicle and deliver the cargo to the McKenzie Field Hangar to complete the mission.

Setup: Iron Mule

Although not required, an armored Kuruma will make this mission ten times easier. Any other armored vehicle providing some form of protection will also be good enough.

Also, ensure you're well-stocked on armor and snacks, as there's a lot of combat and gunfights throughout this mission.

When you reach the weapons testing site, you'll see four green markers on your mini-map. These spots indicate where you need to install the jammers. Enemies will continuously spawn, so clear just enough of them to create a brief window of opportunity. Quickly exit your vehicle and plant the jammers as soon as you see an opening.

Also, be careful of the insurgent machine gunner. Stay in cover or within your armored vehicle to eliminate the gunner. The gunner can deplete your health very quickly.

After planting all four jammers, take cover and continue eliminating the incoming enemy helicopters and vehicles. These actions contribute to the progress bar visible at the bottom-right corner. You must destroy these Eberhard assets to fill the 'Iron Mule' bar and lure multiple of them out.

Once you've filled the bar and the Iron Mules have arrived, wait for them to hover over the jammers. When they're in position, you'll receive a prompt ('E' on PC and 'right d-pad' on the Xbox and PS5 consoles) to activate the jammers, which will cause the hovering Iron Mule helicopters to land.

Steal one of the Iron Mules, deactivate the jammers (using the same button you used to activate them), and fly it back to McKenzie Field to complete the mission. Note that you might encounter a bug where, if you enter an Iron Mule, it becomes unable to take off. It will remain stationary even after deactivating the jammers.

If you encounter this bug, simply steal one of the other landed Iron Mules and fly it back to the field to complete the mission.

Once landed, use the text message app on your phone to confirm the delivery. As previously mentioned, this feature is implemented to prevent accidental mission completion if you intend to retrieve more than one Iron Mule. You can steal up to four in a single mission, but it's not worth the time and effort involved for solo players.

Setup: Ammunition

This is a relatively short and straightforward setup mission. In this mission, you'll use the stolen Iron Mule to retrieve the Titan ammunition container from a cargo ship located in the middle of the ocean.

Oscar will fly you to the Iron Mule's location. Once you're near the Iron Mule, jump out of the plane and slowly descend onto the docks where the Iron Mule is parked. Enter the Iron Mule and fly to the cargo ship.

When you reach the cargo ship, you'll have one primary target (the ammunition indicated by a green marker) and optional targets (indicated by white markers). Again, as a solo player, we recommend focusing on the primary target.

The alignment of the Iron Mule's hook onto the ammunition container is likely the most challenging part of this mission. While you can switch to first-person mode for increased precision, we've found that third-person mode is generally easier.

Collecting the optional equipment provides added benefits during the finale, such as heavy armor, a weapon crate, and Mogul upgrades. However, you can still easily complete the finale without them.

Besides, attempting to collect all the optional equipment as a solo player is time-consuming. Retrieve the primary target and deliver it to the drop-off point to complete the mission.

You'll also receive a bonus for dropping the containers in a line on the trailer, rather than on the ground. Stacking them does not count, even if you decide to retrieve all the containers. If you're playing with friends, be sure to inform them of this beforehand.

Once delivered, use the text message app to confirm the delivery. This feature is implemented to prevent accidental mission completion if you decide to return for the optional equipment.

The Finale: The Titan Job

The start of the mission is quite straightforward. You'll enter the Iron Mogul with Oscar piloting, and then pursue the Titan. You'll use the mounted machine gun to inflict as much damage as possible on the Titan to ensure its health bar (visible at the bottom-right corner of the screen) reaches the black threshold marker.

Once the health reaches the threshold marker, a cutscene will play, and then the Titan will land. You need to remain inside the Mogul until Oscar is flying directly above the Titan. At this point, you'll still be pursued by enemy missiles. You can shoot them down as Oscar flies you closer to the landed Titan.

Once your Mogul is directly above the Titan, jump out of the plane and parachute to cover near the Titan.

Clear as many enemies as possible before you begin repairing the engine. When you see an opening, repair the engine by interacting with it. To repair the engine, simply press the buttons in the indicated order. Continue this process until the repair progress bar is full.

After the repair, Oscar will drop the ammunition needed to load into the Titan. Continue eliminating the incoming enemies while waiting for Oscar to drop the ammunition. A helpful tip for quickly dealing with the enemy helicopters is to shoot the pilot, which will cause them to crash.

Repeat the same process: eliminate as many enemies as possible before you begin loading the ammunition. Continue until all the ammunition has been loaded into the Titan.

The final part of the mission involves flying to the various targets indicated on the map and destroying them with your Titan. The main 40mm cannon is located on the left side of the Titan, so always position yourself to ensure the targets are aligned on that side.

The cannon's controls restrict your field of view (FOV), so carefully align the cannon on the left side and maintain a low altitude before firing.

Once the cannon is aligned, use it to destroy the targets. The Operations Centers are mobile, so ensure you line up precisely as shown in the image or follow our video guide.

Remember to reload your cannon while flying to the next target, as the reload takes a few seconds. It's best to do this early on, especially if you're aiming to complete this series of missions within 60 minutes.

The submarine requires six shots to be destroyed. If you're playing solo, you'll need to reload your cannon once after firing your first five shots into the submarine. The Titan's cannon holds a maximum of five shots before requiring a reload. Therefore, you'll need to turn back at least once after successfully hitting the submarine five times.

The final target is the train. First, destroy the locomotive at the front to stop the train, and then destroy the remaining equipment on the train. Destroying the locomotive and stopping the train will make it a lot easier to destroy the rest.

Once you've destroyed all the targets, deliver the Titan to the McKenzie Field to complete this mission.

FAQs

Can I play these missions solo?

Yes, all the mission can be completed solo, although some maybe more challenging than the others as a solo player.

How to enable Hard mode?

To enable Hard Mode in the "Oscar Guzman Flies Again" heist, you must complete all missions, including the finale, on Normal difficulty at least once.

Is the Hard mode enabled forever or do I have to complete the entire mission series on normal again?

No, you don't have to complete the series again. Once you complete all missions, including the finale, on Normal difficulty, Hard Mode will be permanently available.

Can I request my personal vehicle?

Yes, you can request your personal vehicle. In fact, we recommend selecting HSW enhanced vehicles for these missions. Unfortunately, you cannot request flying vehicles that have homing missiles, such as the Oppressor Mk II. But, you can bring a land vehicle with homing missile features such as a Vigilante.

Is there any benefit to getting the optional mission objectives?

In addition to the bonus monetary reward at the end of the mission series, you also get better equipment for the final mission. Although, you can still complete the finale without any of these upgrades.

How long is the cooldown?

After completing the Oscar Guzman Flies Again finale, "The Titan Job," you must wait one hour (real-time) before replaying the mission series.

I died while attempting the Tier 4 Oscar Guzman Flies Again challenge, no snacks or armor on Hard mode. Does quick restart ruin my progress?

Don't worry, Quick Restart won't fail the challenge. You can still complete it as long as you didn't use snacks or armor.
