As part of The Los Santos Drug Wars DLC, Rockstar added a Gun Van to GTA Online, along with a new Railgun that players can purchase from the van, in January 2023.
The Gun Van can spawn in 30 different possible locations around the map. The spawn location is randomly selected from those 30 locations every day, upon the server resetting at 06:00 AM UTC.
Like the other daily resetting collectibles, the Gun Van doesn't initially appear on the map, and so, without our help, you would normally need to go through all 30 possible spawn locations to find it!
Luckily for you, we update this page every single day and answer that burning question you probably have: " What's the Gun Van location today? ".
As soon as you get close to the Gun Van's spawn location, within 500 meters to be exact, it will appear on the map — a small van icon will indicate it. You'll also be able to recognize the gun van as being a Speedo Custom with the license plate 31EVL500.

And because the location of the Gun Van is the same for all players around the world you can tell your friends once you know the location (courtesy of this page), or maybe they will beat you to it! The Gun Van can spawn in both public and invite-only sessions.
You can purchase several items at the Gun Van, including weapons, armor, throwables, and even the Railgun. When you approach the van, the back doors will automatically open for you. You can talk to the seller in the back of the van to purchase items.
