GTA Online is an RP'ers dream. But, one of the few things the popular online game doesn't let you do is channel your inner Robert De Niro and become a taxi driver. This all changes with the latest GTA Online update.
The aptly named "Taxi Work" update adds plenty of new stuff to do around Los Santos like getting involved with Chinese New Year celebrations and rewards, new vehicles, discounts, and of course, everybody's favorite new sideline.

Make no mistake, you can't just steal a taxi, ride it, and call yourself a Taxi Driver. Even a game as lawless as GTA Online has rules. In particular, you'll need to visit the Downtown Cab. Co depot to sign up and complete Taxi Work jobs. If you complete 10 in a row, you'll earn the Taxi Star Award and unlock the Trade Price to get a taxi from Warstock Cache & Carry. Finally, Veteran Arena Warriors with a Sponsorship Tier 25 has access to a special red version of the taxi.
