Rockstar Games confirms that GTA Online fans will receive their reward after completing the first-ever Pizza Delivery Community Challenge.

  • Grand Theft Auto Online **is a gift that keeps on giving. While everyone is scrutinizing every little detail to find out more about Grand Theft Auto 6, to the point that they're looking at license plates as a potential clue for the release of the next GTA 6 trailer, Rockstar Games is busy staying true to their word and dishing out rewards of a challenge well smashed.

After the release of its latest content update on July 25, Rockstar promised to reward GTA Online players if they collectively deliver more than 10 million pizzas before the end of the day on July 31. To no one's surprise, the playerbase went above and beyond — and it isn't even close! As confirmed on X, GTA Online players more than doubled the minimum required pizza delivery count with two days still left to spare.

Hands up if you thought that Rockstar Games would ever turn pizza delivery into a mission type in GTA.

According to Rockstar, GTA Online players delivered "over 23 million pizza pies and counting" as of July 29. They're now rewarding everyone who contributed with a free shirt that they can claim as soon as the next update arrives on Thursday, August 1. All that practice delivering dangerous contraband for years paid off, huh?

As the calendar turns to August, it's not just the "Pizza This... Tee" that GTA Online players are looking forward to receiving. Many still insist that Take-Two Interactive's next earnings call will reveal more details about GTA 6.

The upcoming open-world action adventure game saw its first trailer debut last December, which has since made history as the second-most-viewed video game trailer of all time, with over 200 million views.

The next GTA 6 trailer should be a record-setter all the same. However, it's still up in the air if we will see Rockstar release a new GTA 6 trailer on or before its parent company's next earnings call come August 8. For what it's worth, another GTA Online update is scheduled for the same day as the earnings call, so who knows?

As of this writing, we can confirm that GTA 6 is scheduled for a Fall 2025 release. We also know that the ongoing voice actor strike won't delay the game's release! Everything else is subject to speculation.
