If there's one reputation Grand Theft Auto Online players have deservedly earned, it's that they know how to "stand on business." In just two days, they have already obliterated Rockstar's expectations in the latest North Yankton Nightmare Community Challenge. What started as a goal of 80 million zombie kills has now morphed into an undead massacre of epic proportions.

Rockstar Games threw down the gauntlet last Thursday, daring players to dispatch 80 million zombies in the new Ludendorff Cemetery Survival mode. Little did they know, they were awakening a sleeping giant of zombie-slaying enthusiasm.

Within a mere 48 hours, over 900,000 players had flocked to the killing fields of North Yankton, leaving a trail of over 200 million undead corpses in their wake. You read that right — GTA Online players more than doubled the original target faster than Rockstar anticipated.

Impressed by the community's bloodthirsty efficiency, Rockstar decided to do more than just pat players on the back and call it a day. Late last night, the GTA publisher decided to up the ante in spectacular fashion by setting the goal to an incredible 800 million zombie kills, and along with this ambitious new target come some truly spooky rewards.
Players who contributed to the original goal will become the proud owners of an Orange Glow Skeleton Onesie and a Red Hooded Skull Mask. For those willing to keep the zombie-slaying train rolling, Rockstar is also sweetening the pot with Purple Glow and Green Glow Skeleton Onesies.
