Rockstar reportedly canceled a GTA Online mode over concerns about police brutality

There's already a lot to do in GTA Online, but it appears that the game could have had at least one more mode. ORIGINAL POST

According to a report, GTA Online could have had a mode similar to GTA 4's "Cops 'n' Crooks' mode.

Unfortunately, Rockstar didn't feel like the mode would have been a good fit given today's political climate.

As a result, Rockstar cancelled the mode with no plans of ever bringing it back.

The canned GTA Online mode is just the latest in a string of cancelations for Rockstar Games.
