If you played Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, you might remember the "Pedestrian Riot" cheat, which armed the NPC civilians and sent them on a killing rampage. No similar cheat is available for GTA V, but now you can activate the same effect through the Ped Riot/Chaos Mode mod.

It's great to see a fun cheat re-created for GTA V, and since we now know for sure that Rockstar has no problem with single-player mods, we should see even more mods like this in the weeks and months ahead.
