Jingle Bells & More Remade With GTA Online Car Horns

When it comes to GTA V fan videos there is plenty of great ones to choose from. There are those which recreate the opening sequences of famous television shows or iconic scenes from movies. There are those who use the versatile Rockstar Editor to create their own short films and entirely original works. There are those who try and get people’s attention by compiling footage of the funniest or silliest moments from their play sessions. Then again there are others who simply record themselves playing and upload that.

Finally, there are those who seem to have an absolutely inexhaustible supply of free time and dedicate this privilege to coming up with, and executing, the most unique, ludicrous and whacked GTA V fan videos. The video featured in this articles, GTA V Jingle Cars, is one such video.

One of the many, many new additions to GTA Online introduced by the Festive Surprise DLC is a set of holiday themed car horns. What better way to make use of those horns than to, say, compose, orchestrate, record, edit and sync up a video wherein a number of famous Christmas songs are recreated using the aforementioned car horns?

The video features a wide selection of the most popular holiday songs and Christmas carols such as Jingle Bells, Santa Clause Is Coming To Town and Rudolf The Red Nose Reindeer, all performed using nothing other than the all new car horn sound files added to GTA Online with the recent update.

57chevy150, the video’s creator, has undoubtedly put a great deal of effort into this project, as getting the songs to sound right with just car horns, no matter how festive they are, is a sizable challenge, but he did an excellent job.

What other GTA Online sound effects would make for good Christmas Carols?
